Woodlands - Clementine 2019 1.5L"Fruit from the Woodlands Brook vineyard, 100% wild ferment, on skins for up to 32 days, matured in French oak for 17 months (60% new). Savoury, dense and packed with flavour, this has cassis, tobacco, Szechuan peppercorns, bramble and even shades of pomegranate.
